It's the news that
many Simpsons fans have been waiting for, the popular television
series that has been running for over a decade will make its
way to the silver screen.
The cartoon that made it
OK for adults to watch cartoons again, The Simpsons, will now
be made into a major motion picture. The film is set to arrive
in the theaters in 2008.
With script credits going
to original writers like Matt Groening and James L. Brooks,
and a cast full of original voices, including Nancy Cartwright
as the voice of Bart Simpson and Dan Castellaneta as Homer Simpson,
this film is sure to draw a crowd. Simpson’s fans can
even expect Danny Elfman’s popular theme song to pop up
in the beginning of this highly anticipated film.
Currently the Simpsons
movie is in pre-production with Fox and details are subject
to change.
