State Property 2 tells the story of three notorious gangsters, and their bloody battle for supremacy on the street of Philadelphia.
Beans (Beanie Sigel), the imprisoned kingpin and hometown druglord, works hard to keep his rebel ABM Crime Syndicate important on the streets. He is determined and driven, fuled by a festering hatred for his longtime enemy and rival.
Dame (Damon Dash), the other top dog in down, is a hustler who grew up on the hard streets of Harlem. His Umbrella network is unmatched in cash-flow and manpower, causing him to make many enemies in the process. With numerous rivals seeking territory and revenge, the self-proclaimed "cake-aholic" is forced into a vicious war.
Loco (Victor Santiago), the showy Miami playboy, is about to be released from prison. His deep pockets and stellar reputation prove to be valuable tools in Loco's plot to takeover the streets of Philly, if he can first overcome the ghosts from a turbulent past.
As alliances are built and shattered, lifelong friendships are put to the test. The street crews in Philadelphia duel to the death but, buried deep within the ranks of one of these gangs, a ruthless criminal mastermind is plotting to take all the crews down. The backstabbing, thievery and deception simmers, boils and ultimately spills into a gruesome finale - an old-fashioned shootout on the cold, unforgiving Philly streets.
