The Descent

In The Descent, six girlfriends meet a year after a tragic accident, for their annual extreme outdoor adventure. This year they are exploring a cave hidden deep in the woods. As they delve further int the cave, disaster strikes and suddenly there is no way out for the girls trapped far below the surface of the earth.

The group splinters and each woman pushes on, praying for another exit. But they soon realize something more frightening than being trapped underground – there is something else lurking under the earth. As the friends realize they are now prey, they are forced to unleash their most primal instincts in an all-out war against an unspeakable horror – one that attacks without warning, again and again and again.
