 The Dukes of Hazzard is based on the television series of the same name that ran from 1979 to 1985. The film version of Dukes takes place in present day but still focuses on the same old Duke Cousins, Bo (Seann William Scott) and Luke (Johnny Knoxville). The enlist foxy cousin Daisy Duke (Jessica Simpson) and good ol’ Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson) to help them save the family farm from being destroyed by Boss Hogg (Burt Reynolds), the corrupt commissioner of Hazzard County.
With the help of Daisy, Jesse, and “The General Lee,” their 1969 orange Dodge Charger, the Duke boys are able to stay one step ahead of the commissioner and Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrane (M.C. Gainey). But how long will the good ole boys’ luck last?
