The Cave

In The Cave, a group of scientists exploring the Romanian forest unexpectedly find the ruins of a 13th century abbey. They are startled to discover that the abbey is actually built over a huge underground cave system. The scientists recruit a group of American cave explorers to delve deep down into the mile-deep caverns of the giant cave system to try and uncover a unique ecosystem thriving within the cave.

Jack (Cole Hauser) and Tyler (Eddie Cibrian) and their crew of cave explorers join the scientists on their quest for new discovery. But, the cave explorers do not realize that along with the unique ecosystem, an unknown species of vicious predator is also hiding among the deep crevices and caverns. As they explore and the predator is revealed, their mission will turn deadly and dangerous.
