Cars

Cars is the story of Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson), a hotshot rookie racecar driven to succeed. On his way across the country to the Piston Cup Championship in California, Lightning McQueen finds himself unexpectedly detoured to Radiator Spring, a sleeping town on Route 66. McQueen was on his way to compete against two seasoned pros but instead begins to encounter all the offbeat characters of the small town of Radiator Springs. The unique characters of the town include a sporty 2002 Porcshe (voiced by Bonnie Hunt), a 1951 Hudson Hornet named Doc Hudson (voiced by Paul Newman), and a rusty but trusty tow truck named Mater (voiced by Larry the Cable Guy). This little town helps speedy Lightning McQueen realize that there are more important things than fame, trophies, and sponsorship. This speedy car discovers during his search for success that life is about the journey, not the finish line.

Cars is a Disney presentation of a Pixar Film with additional vocal performances from racing legend Richard Petty and Cheech Marin.
